If you want to make the most money possible, then getting the highest payout percentage is very important. Giving our models 70% of the weekly payouts, we pay our models the highest percentage in Las Vegas. We also offer additional programs that allow our models to increase their payouts even higher!
We provide our models with professional show rooms. Each of our unique webcam rooms offers a unique theme to fit our models personality traits. We use 3 part lighting and 5500 kelvin white light bulbs to make sure our models look amazing to their online fans and customers.
Did you know that your placement on a webcam site is affected by your computer and internet connection? Streamate gauges the models bitrate, round trip time, frames per second, aspect ratio, and other variables in order to make sure the models with the best video feed get better placement on their site. This makes sense because it gives a better experience to their customers. Most home computers and internet connections are not powerful enough to help a model get first page placement, but ours are! All of our computers have quad core processors, 8-16 GB of RAM, and clock speeds over 3 GHz. Our computers are tied into our "dedicated" fiber optic internet line, which means we have a private fiber optic line that connects us to Cox Communications. Each computer has over 100 mbs upload speeds, so your video broadcast will get the highest rating possible.
Are you tired of working long shifts every day? Do you wish you can pick your own schedule? At Studio 4 we offer our models either 5 or 7 hour shifts that can start at from various times throughout the day. All we require is that you work at least 18 hours per week if you want to be able to schedule in advance and choose the cam room you desire. If you can't commit to a schedule then don't worry, because we also offer a "non-scheduled" program where you can come in whenever you want and work for as long (or as short) as you wish. There are a few drawbacks of the non-scheduled program, such as not having the same room each day and sometimes limited availability if we are busy, but the choice is up to you.
While most studios require that their models sign a non-compete contract, which prevents them from quitting and then working for another studio or independently for 6 months, we never enforced that policy. Our models stay with us because they love our studio and can make more money working with us than they can anywhere else, not because we lock them down with a non-compete contract. This means that if you don't like working at our studio then you are free to work elsewhere at any time.
Besides offering our models a beautiful place to work, we also have a wonderful training and continuing educational program. We believe that the more a model learns about this industry and her job, the more money she can make. We offer an online educational database, handout information, and since there's always someone working the front desk, we have staff members who can answer your questions at any time.
