  • You cannot change the actions in this menu, only the price.

  • You can only select between 3 to 5 options, so choose wisely!

  • These settings will be saved to our account, and not the computer.

  • You can disable or enable the menu altogether, if you wish.

  • If you would like advice on appropriate pricing, we are always here to help.


  • You can toggle the Confidential Phone Service (CPS) on and off by clicking the phone icon. Gray means “off,” blue means “on.”

  • If you hover over the icon, you can click the blue phone number to choose the phone number and edit which chat type you want to accept calls.

  • If you enable CPS, it will stay on indefinitely, until it is turned off.

  • This setting is saved to your profile and not to the computer.

  • Be sure to check this setting before you stream if you are unable to receive calls at your listed number for any reason.


  • Profile cards with yellow marks indicate that you have notes on your customer.

  • Clicking this will allow you to Block/Kick the user, and see your most recent note.

  • You can click “Add/View Notes” to access the classic profile window to see all of your notes.


  • You can set Quick Responses by clicking the ( + ) symbol below your chat bar.

  • You can choose a fitting icon and color.

  • Quick Responses are now saved to your account, and not to the computer.

  • Feel free to personalize them, but we recommend using them to communicate boundaries and site rules with customers quickly when in a Paid Chat, instead of relying on them to start conversations or drive sales in Guest Chat.
