Studio Policies and Scheduling Policies

This is the same list of rules you were provided during your initial orientation. We are not your boss, but we do get to decide who we want to partner with and if a model commits any grievous offenses, we may dissolve our working relationship for the overall benefit to the studio. These policies help keep Studio 4 a beautiful, clean, positive space to work.

The shifts we offer are as follows:

5-hour: 11 AM - 4 PM, 4 PM - 9 PM, 9 PM - 2 AM

7-hour: 11 AM - 6 PM, 12 PM - 7 PM, 7 PM - 2 AM

8-hour: 11 AM - 7 PM

On Saturday, we close at 7pm. Due to early closure this day, we also offer any “odd” shift that is at least 5 hours long that fits between 11am and 7pm (11:30am-5pm, 1pm-7pm, etc.) since we can only accommodate 1-model-per-room that day.

We schedule Sunday to Saturday, one week at a time. If you attempt to schedule yourself for the following Sunday, you will be asked to include that in your next week’s schedule.

These are the only shifts you can request in your weekly schedule unless you have communicated extenuating circumstances with management and you have been granted permission to schedule an alternative, or “odd” shift. We want to be able to allow as many models to work as we can, and these shift times allow us to turn away as few models as possible.

If it’s any day except Saturday and you would like to schedule a shift not listed here and you haven’t been approved to request an odd shift, you may still request that shift, but please only ask one hour before the start of that shift. So if you wanted to work 4 PM - 7 PM, you should wait until 3 PM that day to request that shift. We may not have the space available, but if we do, we will be glad to have you fill it!

If you have been removed from the schedule, or you are an unscheduled model and you aren’t sure why, or what this means, please take a moment to review the PDF on scheduling policies here. If you have additional questions, always contact management.
